Theater for Somebody

The official story says that Teatro for Somebody was the “first virtual theater in Brazil”, although the expression is somewhat reductionist. In terms of language experimentation, we inhabited a territory on the borders between theatrical interpretation and film production in an incipient moment of live broadcasts via the internet, which would soon become a standard. We performed dozens of pieces, long and short, with the participation of icons of Brazilian culture, such as José Mujica, Paulo Cesar Pereio, Mario Bortolotto, Lourenço Mutarelli, Maria Alice Vergueiro, Miriam Mehler, Iara Jamra, etc. Project nominated for the Shell Theater Award in 2009.
